With personalized wellness plans we will work together to create a customized plan that fits your unique lifestyle and goals. I will provide support, accountability, and guidance every step of the way.

I use a method called Muscle Response Testing during my wellness visits. The muscle reflexes provide me information to which organs, glands, or emotions are out of balance. Muscle testing also provides information on food sensitivities as well as helpful nutritional supplements.

I am able to do this both in person and virtually using my own body to virtually test. I was trained in virtual muscle testing through Cellcore as well as Quantum Academy which uses a method called QNT. I combine these methods to give my clients the most tailored and in depth testing that is available.
