After many years of working with clients, I've become keenly aware of how stress, emotions, and unresolved trauma can affect their overall wellness. While herbs, nutrients, diet, and lifestyle changes have a huge impact, I knew that in some cases something was missing. I started to make the connection between emotions and physical health and knew that these unresolved issues were a huge block for some of my clients health journey.
Emotion Release is a technique that recognizes and releases hidden emotional, trauma and stress-related barriers. These underlying stressors can cause disharmony in the body, resulting in physical and mental symptoms and unwanted patterns or behaviors. This technique is grounded in the science of chemical messengers, which are released in the brain during stressful times and can bind to receptors on nerve cells and tissues in the body. By assessing, reducing, and clearing these effects, the release can help to improve your overall health and wellness without chemicals or drugs.

How it Works
Emotion Release uses muscle testing and has similarities to Kinesiology, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Emotion Code, and Neuro Emotional Technique (NET). Going one step further, I use acupressure with organ meridians, reflux points and energy gates to clear the emotion and the blockage it is causing.
